Welcome to Quilts in the Attic!  Established in 2006, our shop is in a 100-year-old historic building in downtown Cottonwood, a cowtown established in the 1850's.

We specialize in current top-of-the-line fabric and wool with approximately 2000 bolts to choose from.  Quilts in the Attic also carries the complete collection of Superior, Aurafil thread and Valdani floss.  We are a Martingale Super Stitcher shop, so come see us for the latest books.   There is a great selection of templates, patterns, books, and notions. 

We have a wide variety of classes, including beginning classes for those who have never sewn or quilted.  Owner, Cherie Shaeffer, specializes in helping those who want to be successful in the great hobby of quilting.  Her goal is to make you not only a successful quilter, but one who is ready to proceed to more advanced classes.  We also have some of the areas’ finest teachers giving classes at Quilts in the Attic.  We are your creative sewing center, so check out our class schedule.
