JOIN THE FUN AT QUILTS IN THE ATTIC AND TAKE PART IN THE MONTHLY EVENTS THAT ARE GOING ON!

 

Fun, Fig Tree style projects ranging from simple lap quilts to easy bags to straightforward home dec projects like pillows table runners and aprons.  The first 3 projects will be based around MODA precuts (i.e. Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes or Honeybuns) from Fig Trees latest fabric collections.  The 4th project will be what is called a “Sunday Brunch” project will be designed and kitted from a variety of Fig Tree collections.  Quilts kits will include the yardage to complete the quilt top and binding.  Backing will not be included. 

This monthly quilt will begin in October with the Twinkle Quilt Kit – 52” x 61” - $74.99.

    "Attic Appliquers" who meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month.  This is a great group of artists who love to applique using any number of techniques and styles.  If you love applique or want to share in the considerable talent and experience of this group, stop in and find out what it's all about!  The Appliquers meet at 10:30 am.

        The "Betweens" who meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  This fun and friendly group comes together twice a month to sew and share their projects.  They also frequently share their talent for great food, so don't miss out on this great group!

         The  "Wooly Women" who meet the 3rd Thursday of each month starting at 10:00 am and sewing until 4:00 pm.  These wild woolies work on projects utilizing - yes! - wool products.  This is one fun bunch of gals who enjoy experimenting with different projects using wools from our great selection of wool and patterns made just for them.  If you have a hankering to work with wool - a gorgeous product - check out this group and join in the great fun.

          The 2nd Wednesday of the month is Mini Quilting Retreat Day at QITA!  Cherie is offering a day of food and fellowship with like-minded quilters and artists.  There will be a special project planned for the day or you can bring your own project to work on.  Watch the newsletter for information on the retreat plans for the month and join the fun!
